Warranties on disk drives and other media are provided by the manufacturer only and generally do not include coverage for incidental expenses resulting from a product failure or data loss as a result of use of the product. Seagate Recovery Services is not a disk drive manufacturer and, while we offer among the industry’s highest data recovery and customer satisfaction rates, our services may or may not be covered under your media manufacturer’s warranty policy.
